Away With the Pages

October 3, 2016

Keep your head out of the clouds

Instead placing my thoughts in pages

There they grow and morph

As a good book should do

Within the pages I like out a thousand lives

With them I stay awake for hours

Dreaming with eyes wide

Thinking of the very last word

With that very last word

Where I find a new perspective

Because a theme can be found even if you can’t relate

Here I find solace
