It is a mental game until you learn how to

Let your mind rely on your bodies capabilities

Instead of letting your body rely on your minds perception

Of what you are capable of

It is important to learn

That in a performance you must separate mind and body

Let your mind perform

And let your body spin

You must become comfortable with being uncomfortable

And let your adrenaline sooth you

March like this and you will never lose

March like this and always march on
