Change

October 21, 2013

There had been a change in the wind in the middle of the night. Some people said it was impossible but I knew I was right. The earth must of changed it's orbit or spun upside down cause I feel a change has spread through this town. Everyone was frozen with sleep but I was wide awake. I was no longer sleeping Beauty. I was no longer asleep with hate. I smelled a fresh scent of rain that cleared all that sin. I was no longer a scarlet letter but a true princess within. I heard a song, a song of change and a tune that danced with the morning's medley no longer screaming with pain. I then got down on my knees as the sun started to rise and for the first time I saw that town with open eyes. I now know it was hope with the wind it came and it left behind a beautiful town of change.
