fantasy

October 26, 2017

i want to go to sleep

not for a few minutes,

hours,

days.

i just want to sleep forever.

escape from the world

and all the pain

and all the heartbreak

and all the toxins.

but it’ll be there

in my dreams:

the hurting

so i try not to dream,

try not to go to into dreamland

because i know

i know that it’s the same but even worse.

and then i’m back awake,

because i can’t sleep forever.
