Stale Cigarettes

March 25, 2019

I hate you.

You were never there for me.

You were too drunk to notice us hurting.

My scares will never fade.

You never wanted me.

Everyone says i look just like you like its a compliment.

They dont understand.

You would have a six pack for breakfast.

I can still smell the stale cigarettes in the kitchen

Then you were gone.

New home, new friends.

Then i got sick.

My mother could'nt pay the bills, she called you for help.

You threatened her life over a hospital bill for your kid.

I hate you.

You are nothing to me.

I never needed you before and i sure as fuck dont need you now.
