A Reflection on Rain

July 9, 2016

One more week of rainy days

Bleeding clouds and calming sounds

Constant drizzle that soaks the ground

Crackling thunder will have its say

Charcoal skies to wonder why

A cloak of rain forms a sea

Where thoughts click and then swim free

How pensive is the wind's cry
