Retribution

March 12, 2016

At the cost of spirit we steeped in shame

Our reason, claimed by nymphs, thus departed

Just one path left now that hymen been claimed

Previous signs shan’t be disregarded

No rabbit can remain burrowed in home

Lust driven actions leave traces for hounds

This life examined ends with death by stone

Follow, with great haste let us be westbound

Warm spring rain drips off the cliffs of your cheeks

Both new house and home lie in our future

With passing seconds your vigour depletes

Soon the birth wound will be closed with suture

The payment of soul brings about new life

The price of my sins: the loss of my wife
