Move Along to Basic

August 17, 2013

Hey good news, I got a date,
much less time I'll have to wait.

But is it really such good news?
I feel so scared, it seems too soon.

Will anything remain the same?
Can I still look back at the old days?

Will I be changed so drastically?
Can I still be silly old me?

No time to waste, I'll stick it out.
Just move along without a doubt.

I'll smile big and laugh out loud,
No one's pushing me to the ground.
