Trizdy Plat

If you don't learn to write your own story, someone else will write it for you

44 poems·Since August 2017

Hello! The name I'm going by on the site is Trizdy Plat. I began writing poems in ninth grade, when I met my first friend at the high school. I had never really thought much about it, but I've always loved writing stories, even thought I'm not very good. I decided to try my hand at poetry instead, and here we are! I mainly write about love and relationships, even though I'm pretty much clueless in both areas. I find that poetry has a way of communicating what you want to say, even if what you're saying makes no sense. Right?

Time

October 23, 2017

No time,

no time at all

none to read meaningless words,

none to spare for a wayward thought

no seconds to give to listen

not a moment to waste,

but I've found that time has no value

to lose in the first place

because you cant grasp it

or catch it

or keep it with you

and I find that strange,

that your time or my time

is nothing without each other

because you see-

time has no value

it is the thing that gives value

that's why it is so valuable

in the first place.
