How an Echo became a VOICE.

June 15, 2013
For without a voice I was powerless For without a voice no boldness could be found in sight. For without a voice i was just "another one" A shy kid without understanding, without revelation, without realization My dreams are nothing unless my voice is heard. For without a voice i am an echo A robot living to be like them, without a mind An echo in a large but small world Hoping to conform to their ways. I found destruction in the midst of quietness Sorrow in the midst of joy No peace, no hope, no future Then i found you. The hope that keeps me hoping The shelter covering my shame The one that shut the mouths of lions You give the power to write, to speak, to live. You do.
