Impacts of Work

July 2, 2013

It is what Some live for and others die doing

It is what Some People Like and what others hate

Some say it’s a job while others a career

But why oh why are the outcomes so severe

When living to work one loses themself

Often a family lost too for a promotion what else

Kids suffer dearly and others no doubt

Oh why oh work thus though entangle

For ever work bing boom bangle

If hating work one only knows

Then often they too will have sorrows and foes

But if hating work creates crappy fleet

Then they too will soon be obsolete

Does a balance exist?

Can a Worker truly live?

I think there is and eventually all can find it.

That is why I’m writing this poem upon it.
