I am a college sophomore going to Seattle Pacific University and living in stunning Portland, Oregon for the summer. Poetry and the written word in general have always captured my attention, but it wasn't until the past year that I realized I really wanted, needed, to write my own. It has quickly become a prominent form of emotional catharsis, an artistic form of journaling. My dream is to collaborate with other artists in creating a multimedia work with the goal of reaching as many people as possible.
