Unrespected

March 29, 2016

What is the true meaning of kindness?

To be kind?

Caring?

Helpful?

We all think we know what these words mean, but do we really?

Everyday, someone, somewhere, gets bullied.

Teased, punched or picked on for something that they can't controll.

Made to feel ashamed for the person that they were born to be.

Just stop and take a look at this world.

The playground is a battlefeld,

Words fired like bullets, as we try to rise to be the best.

What is so good about being the best?

If we do not stop fighting for something we can not even see, our furture will be hopeless.

We will no be kids forver.

Someday we will be the people that others look up to.

But if we can not respect each other now, how do we have any hope of changing the way of life we call 'normal'?

So next time you go to put someone down, just think.

We are the people of the future.

If you don't like being bullied,

Stop being a bully,

And be the change that you want to see!
