The Walk of Change

January 16, 2017

Do not run,

For you might fall.

Do not crawl,

For you will get left behind.

Just walk,

And see the change in time.

I have wandered,

these past many years,

and was able to see.

the change in the environement,

the change in me.

How I have grown to become more active,

a sport to play when I'm free.

To lift weights at a gym,

and finish off with a nice protien shake.

I saw the changes as I grew up,

from when I was ten,

I could barely write in pen.

Now I am older,

wrinkle lines to show.

Show much change to be seen,

and so much change shown.
