Failure

June 26, 2016

Today I failed to excel

my definition of failure is to go rearward

To fall before you even stand up

I know I can stand on my two feet

instead of taking a seat

or growing weak

improvement is what I seek

my desire is to prevail

and outrun this trailing hell

until then I fail
