Chupacabra

September 19, 2019

Chasing live vessels filled with blood

Hissing rabidly into the night

Under the moon, hunting heedlessly

Passing cars have yet to sight

A creature coming up, maybe a deer

Crashing into it may give you a scare

Awaiting next is what you should fear

Blood drained on the pavement with no one in sight

Reincarnated was he, out of the light

A new hunt appeared for the creature that night
