Could Be

September 23, 2013

Wishes

are naught but

Fishes in a pond

swimming deeper

swimming sleeker

than a

green palm frond

they slip

through the water

with silver for a head

never thinking

ever drinking

never dying

but is dead

like Fish

are our Wishes

flowing gently through the sea

of our dreaming

through our scheming

never Certain, but

Could Be.
