World Peace

October 4, 2013

I do not understand the world today

People are doing things that are not okay

We the people have something to say

All the evil just go away

Who would hurt poor Sandy Hook

James Holmes is a filthy crook

Boston Marathon and Navy Yard, look

There were many lives they took

9/11 I still think about

I was in kindergarten when those planes went out

And we haven't had success with terrorist bouts

We the people have crys and shouts

Two wars, Syria, and things not good

Government shutdown should end if it could

Something needs to resolve, this I would

So people can have a good government like they should

And in these times I'm on my knees

Praying to God I'm asking please

Saying "We are in a struggle, so give us ease

And give us hope and some world peace."
