Alive

March 5, 2015

I say things would be different

Because if they were

I wouldn't have the constant urge

To rip myself into shreds

And let my nights dread

I say things would be different

Because I would feel wanted

I wouldn't feel like I'm beating haunted

I would feel useful

I would feel content

I would feel a great deal of happiness

I would feel on top of the world

I would feel alive.
