Falls Obsession

February 6, 2018

I'm obsessed with that cool new air and that apple cinnamon smell of those burning candles slowly dripping wax down the side of them.

I'm obsessed with the sight of fall when I can finally see everything so clearly. When I can finally make sense of things that didn’t make sense before.

I'm obsessed with the colors of the leaves wandering far from the trees, with the radiant orange pumpkins sitting upon the porch steps of rows of houses.

I have a falls obsession that is never ending. I see seasons pass by kids playing in the snow to these bright flourishing flowers in the springtime to those booming lights fulfilling the sky on the 4th of July. But then… we’re back to fall with the birds chirping as the warm summer air starts to die.
