Sort of Ordinary

October 5, 2014

Hello? Are you there I’d like to talk right now

Why? I’m not always gonna feel this way.

Tomorrow or next month or Saturday I’ll lay in bed

Feel guilty for something,

Guilty guilty can’t remember what.

I wanna talk about why there’s no event today I had

My two cups of coffee and I woke up early

But I always do that. Let’s talk about why-

How- I never want to talk. How?

But now I do let’s talk about a letter I’ll write

Write, writing for me I’ll write,

dear tay,

tomorrow or next month or saturday

you’ll feel really awful but it’ll all be ok.

I didn’t win the lottery, that seems too easy.

I’m in love - YES, and my heart pounds

Carbonated passion but nothing stays together.

Stays around, together, nothing, nothing but me.

There is more to me I keep forgetting about

So much it fills my brain with heat and I can’t see

Let’s file down the days when I can take on my being

Files so I can learn me, when I’m empty sticky tears.
