Hand in Hand

August 1, 2014
We walk the line between death and life

We walk into the fire

As husband and wife

Joined by heart

Strengthened by blood

Angered by pain

As the violence begins to flood

Evil enrages us all

We warn you

But you're ready to fall

Sadly, You answer the call

And plunge into Darkness...

If nothing else,

I blame myself

For your unfortunate fate

As I attack viciously

And open the gate

And enter the darkness

To rescue you

To help you pull through

I get there to find

That you've lost not only your control

But also your mind..

You don't see me as me

You believe I'm your enemy

We fight valiantly

You embrace evil constantly

You attack violently

And counter my gallantry

In the end, there's no winner

Just warrior and sinner..

As evil demands it's toll

You realize you've lost control

As we bargain for a soul...
