Warped Love

October 8, 2017

True love.

An idea warped by society,

Only known to a select few

Who have found themselves

Lucky enough to be in a

Healthy relationship.

Trapped in an idea

Where it’s okay to ditch your friends

All for love,

Where it’s okay to block your friends

Of the opposite gender

All for love,

Where it’s okay to hurt everyone

Who you once held dear

Because it’s all for love.

Real love is

Trusting your partner

Because of love,

Not holding them back

Because of love,

And accepting them for who they are

Because of true love.
