I Did It Again

September 22, 2013

I did it again.

I lived in the bliss,

And wanted to spend every waking hour with you

But was that all that bad?

Was it so wrong to want to hold you in my arms?

To caress your skin

To kiss your lips?

Was it so wrong to see your smile,

and be filled with warmth?

Was it so wrong to smell your essence

to taste you?

Tell me why I couldn't act the way I used to!

When would it have been okay for me to show you my affection?

It was hard

It still is hard

I'm a sucker for those pretty brown eyes

The way you'd always put your hair to the side

No one is like you

but

We can fight our desires...

Right?
