Ocean

August 3, 2015

Silently lapping at my ankles

is a dog a dog that goes in

and out by the permission of

the moon I ride up and

down on the wag of the

tail of this dog a unique

ride using my board

to rise and fall I rush

to the hill yet he can't

keep up he cannot

go up the hill I must go

I look back on the deep

forbidding ocean.
