...behind the computer screen

Mrs. Teacherlady,STOPP referencing our textbook

Stop referencing that junk,every day

That unnecessarily heavy textbook is sugar coated lies

Yea I said it and yea I meant it

Splenda shit

So ask me what I want to do for 40 minutes, of sitting on hard metal chairs, which fatten my ass out and make my legs numb

Can’t we dig deeper in to the origins of America?

Can’t we discuss the constitution?

Yea that document you have posted in the front of the class room near your desk ,next to the 12 pictures of your cats

I hate cats

And I want to know!

I wanna know

The way the ratification took place

The founding fathers views on rebellion

The role of the government plays in the people’s lives

How did George Washington feel about Shay’s rebellion?

Why why why why

How about the bill of rights?

“Rights” for all the equal men of America

By men you meant wealthy landowning white men right?

Yes I said white

Teacher didn’t you know 3/5s of a person wasn’t a person at all

Oh did u just hope we couldn’t do math 1st period

Well I did the math

And I hate the facts

But damn let’s face them

Together throughout the year let’s explore the true essence of America

About land

Wealth

Power there connect fascinates me

And don’t tell me lies

The junk u spurt about how awesome the founding fathers makes me gag

Now’s the time of questioning

So I will question you

….behind the computer screen

untill i can be more like "those students "

The ones who you grimace at when they raise their hands
