Belle's Wish

Life is not always fair

I gave you my heart

you paid me with pain

Although I love you, I cannot continue...

I swore love to you

You alone only gave me treachery

You ill-treated me without cease

And I love thee without stopping

I am a slave to such brutality

and I am the fool who delivers such to you my soul

Now I no longer want more

To be at side with a beast

Who does not respect his beauty

and to think that I am only his possession

The experiences before were so beautiful,

yet crumbling

Twas they were only a dream

As I awaken in your bed,

covered with a silky blanket

I realized,

I had learned more than I thought

My mind was clear

Now there was one thing to clarify that was missing

There is no love without suffering.
