Brooklyn, Brooklyn you made me

Mon, 04/29/2024 - 11:50 -- emeri11

Brooklyn, Brooklyn you made me, the way that I act the wjhole world can see.

You brought me up in a time when things were unsure, but your energy and vibrance always left me wanting more.

You gave me a voice, and the strenght that Iwas going to need, and all the street cred my little heart could receive.

You loved me when I coudn'nt love myself, definetely there for me when there was no one eles.

Brooklyn, Brooklyn all that you have, Coney Island, Delancey, Soul In Hole, Park Slope, Dodgers and those Knicks, you don't know the half,  stick-

ball, sculley, Grand Army plaza, where them cookies at?

Brownstone stoops, leather bomber's , shearling coats, name belts, Door Knockers too, with her first pair, ain't shit you can do.

Brooklyn, brooklyn, you were the best, I'm filled with graditude, you gave my pride possession.. my attitude.

Brooklyn, Brooklyn what you gave to me, who I am now I came to be.

Brooklyn, Brooklyn forever in my heart, it was here that it all starts...
