The world is not ours for the taking,

you say you love it but we know your're faking.

Change is what we need,

but it's the one thing we won't pursue

Human beings have destroyed the planet,

peace seems to only be a myth.

We say violence isn't the answer,

but then we use violence to solve all of our problems

I'm tired of spreading war,

children are becoming shaken to the core.

We need more love as cliche as it sounds,

people are dying because of what they believe in,

I never knew opinions were such a sin.

Love is love, it's time we start understanding that,

nobody is wrong for the way that they feel,

the world is wrong for killing innocent people.

Our lives are not eternal,

its time to start bettering mother nature,

pretty soon shes going to turn on us,

and we'll have no one to blame but ourselves.

If you swear you're gonna change the world,

start taking action,

it might even start a chain reaction
