The earth is nearing destruction
The cause is US
We endlessly pollute it
We wordlessly abuse it
We try to change it
We are the cause of its destruction
We fight wars
The blood that is shed seeps into the ground
Where it will not wash clean
We use bombs and wipe out the scene
We are turning our earth red
Red with the blood that we shed so uncarefully
We strip our earth of its protective layers with our habits
We are speeding up its time until it explodes
It will come sooner rather than later
We don’t see what we are doing
We won’t see until it’s too late
WE are causing the earth to near destruction
We take greedily
We take, we take, and we take
But never give in return
The earth is nearing destruction
It will burn
It will bleed
There will be no more greed
There will be no more anything
It will be gone along with the rest
