would people be that foolish to buy? with the mentalities nowadays

i'm sure they will...why? there too caught up in fashion rather than knowing its substance

at what extreme will people stand on line for sneakers

i find it ironic how we keep buying jordans, but don't have money for a metrocard to get home

we struggle as it is, but we must know how to get through rough times during midst of crisis

that may cause people to panic

but i question why

this generation repeats the same ongoing cycle of failures

but then again, we co-sign by buying the same shoes, same model

expecting praise and faith

makes me wonder if stupidity influence people to kill one another

over a pair of shoes that have no value other than the price of those shoes itself

which has lead to humiliation and ostracizing i truly wonder

if anyone were to say this is how stupidity defines us

by validating ourselves all based on what's on our feet

in fitting rather than standing out

which makes me think that you have yet to discover you

and yet i question people's mindset when they continue to buy stupidity

me wondering and questioning about this generation

has transform to concerns in how far they would go just for attention

an acknowledgement and even affection

they are quick to jump from one trend to another

and not investing on how to originate one's own style

afraid of rejection

rather than acceptance 

which has lead to false representation on freedom of expression

it's important that i need to tell them

that if you walk five blocks in the wrong direction

it makes no different on what's on your feet

if you're no interested in digesting the truth

if your words doesn't articulate your train of thought

i don't want to see your facebook messages

because your desperate to take a seat

with the elites

that will lead to anguish and defeat

and you honestly believe that fitting in with a crowd makes you stand out

we continue to weep what society sow

materialistic items does not keep you whole

of all the girls who chant all the single ladies

only understand the language of fiance

because they are obsess in being like beyonce

in expecting miraculous changes

failures to change someone that doesn't want to be change

that masculinity means to blatanly and disrespectfully suppress

the shivery, sensitivity, sympathy, and dignity

while efficiently, explicitly, and unequivocally promote violence

visually, vividly, graphically, and viciously

negativity that erodes hostility and deliquency

in hiding the true feelings 

of acceptibility, sustainibility, and virgility

it's frightening in what this generation do for attention, acknowledgment

and even affection

if we don't save this generation

then they'll be lost souls that will falls in irresponsible hands

that will lead them to either a hospital, jail, pregnant, or dead before their time
