It was to hard for me to say goodbye

To the one I love

I couldnt speak , I couldnt blink because saying goodbye to painful to even think

I look at him with pain and hurt

Looking into eyes made me think of the worst

I begin to cry as he looks at me as we both know this will be the last time

I cry even more when he pulls me to give him a hug

Saying goodbye was harder than I thought it was

As my body melts into his arms, I become weak as my heart skipped a beat

Because saying goodbye was to painful and to deep

I know him not being there with me could make me heartless and weak.
