The I Am Poem

I am (a lion that roars)

I wonder (if others have courage like me)

I hear (echoes saying ‘’believe’’ ‘’believe’’)

I see (others depending on me)

I want (to succeed)

I am (a lion that roars)

I pretend (to whip my long black hair as it was a tail)

I feel (the wind brushing against me)

I touch (the wind as it is a person)

I worry (I wouldn’t have the courage)

I cry (knowing I wouldn’t be able to roar)

I am (a lion that roars)

I understand (my happiness for courage)

I say (have courage and be kind)

I dream (to become braver)

I try (to pray and overcome)

I hope (someday I'll be the one)

I am (a lion that roars)
