Lost In Love

Originally, you'd be here with me.

I'd be lost with you.

In my own thoughts.

In the rhythm of your heart.

Creating a song to set my nerves at ease.

In reality, I no longer know you.

I have to find my own way now.

Feelings are broken. Thoughts are scattered.

No longer a song to hear. Silence creeps in my heart.

Your face begins to fade. Your scent begins to disappear.

I can't sleep. But I feel you.

I hear you and I embrace the sound of your voice. Only in my mind.

So clear, so pure. Almost like when I was lost. Trying to find my way.

Am I asleep? Dreaming a horrible nightmare?

I can't be lost again, I'm in my own world once more.

My mind is taking over. Forcing my imagination into reality.

I'm finding myself, leading into no where.
