May Death Be With You

Your love stinks of a cherry blossom scent.
It intoxicates my insides all the way up to my heart.
The way my blood rushes from the sight of you makes my knees bend.
I love you so much, and I hope that even through death our souls never depart.

The shape of your round towering shadow making your way up the stairs excites me.
Just the sound of your rapid heartbeat soothes my soul to its core.
I swear our love can be compared to that of a blossoming tree.
As I stand here I watch as you drop your shirt onto the floor.

I want you to be mine and me to be yours why is that so hard to understand?
Constantly I count the days, minutes, weeks, and hours for you to be free.
It should be me instead of her dressed in white; exchanging bands.
My dream is to run away with you off to a fairy tale land.

“Life is but a dream and I intend to spend every part of it with you”
That was the last thing his wife-to- be said before my gun went off…BOOM!!!
