My Last Love Letter: Chasity Brown

Thank you for being my friend, my companion, my enthusiast. I accept you for who you are. I wouldn't change anything about you. You bring the absolute best out of me and I will always love you for that. When I talk to you, you put all of my insecurities and bad thoughts to rest. I can count on you to be there for me. I see that you put actual effort into me and that makes me feel like I'm actually worth something. Thank you for staying though you had plenty of reasons to leave. Thank you for loving me. I must go now, while you start a family with the one you thought was worth it.....I hope she was.

I wrote this poem, believe it or not, when I was hurt by an ex of mines. I figured I should write out my feelings rather than cry and mope around about them. I am a first time poet writer!
