noise

she kept walking away

from all the noise

trying,

for just one second

to give her head a

moment of silence.

but the problem arose

time and time again,

that no matter where she went,

from one land to another,

they always came with.

and everytime they got a little too loud,

she would pack up again

and keep walking.

she was sure that others heard them too

they were infact quite loud

and suffocating and blinding.

and everytime she thought she might get

just a drop of peace,

the ocean walls came back,

flooding once again

her head.

and she'll keep walking away

because no one has seen,

no one has told her

that all along

these voices,

this noise,

it was all just in her

head.
