Once Upon A Time ... Princess Jasmine

 Lady in blue was in

a tightly woven structure made with malace

whereas others envied her palace,

she craved their freedom

shading her from the outside, where she cant see them,

all the wrongdoings people have reigned, she looked to the sky

hoping something would change

Leaving was the only way,

prince on a purple carpet laid out her path

with his promises and lies, he unleashed her wrath,

she was rebellious and that she knew,

but no more princess, she was her own boss,

for she was Lady in Blue

No more lies, she was done being in distress

shes not as hopeless or as ignorant as people would have guessed

a princess she may be, she wouldnt let that determine her life,

she'd marry who she'd want to, no argument, no strife

Joker on a carpet, she'd love him regardless,

once he stopped trying to impress her,

once he stopped trying to protect her,

her heart would become his sealed with a kiss,

a whole new world was all that she wished,

looked to the sky hoping nothing would change

Jafar was gone, and everything was gain.

Aladdin wasn't originally a prince, but he loved her so,

no longer a slave to the palace, no longer caged by her malace

but a slave to the heart, stronger, and harder to tear apart.
