Paper Dimensions

Sat, 10/05/2013 - 15:47 -- 4kelsea

I am a poet, and I guess I know it.

But who wrote these lines.

Oh how I wish they could be mine,

tell my story,

And if you ask the others of how they would define, me

They would say I was fine, as far as they can see.

Not the girl to hate, love, and be depressed,

Let alone to express,

That is not how'd they'd see me,

And that is all I can be,

Not a person who is considered sensational,

Dimensional

Or even human like all the rest,

Just a girl who can pass all the right tests.

And like others before them with envy,

They don't see me,

With all my envy.

I want to be known, heard

Remembered,

as a girl who could express herself not only through paper.
