Position 2

Psalm 23:4

Even when I must walk through the darkest valley,
I fear no danger, for you are with me;
your rod and your staff reassure me.

Position

Better late than never – the sun seems deep asleep

Don’t wait for my arrival I am already here

Hidden in the shadows – observing others weep

With artificial light galore interwoven with my peers

Lift me up with hand me downs – help me not to look up

Guide me through the maze of self-chosen confusion

A hero for today’s clown who is not getting up

Hungering for first place in a world of illusion
