The Skin I Live In

Sun kissed...

My skin,

Is what my people missed

Their eyes are their own sin

We missed proper  recognition

And only glorify false values

Cultural Appropriation

is our excuse

My soul is darker than the superficial chocalate

My skin replicates the tree's mahogany

Souls manifest my universe seen through a rocket

My people... this is me

Move away from society's ideology

Move towards our biological and energetic complexity.
