Teachers

Teacher ,

the one that enhances my knowledge.

And I, the student,

is the one that has to apply what I’ve been taught to life.

The constant pattern gets no recognition.

That’s the way it’s supposed to be, right?

But why?

Can’t teens teach teacher’s too?

Don’t we have opinions?

How are we sure what’s taught to us is right?

Freedom of speech, don’t we have that?

Teachers should be more open to our ideas.

Our perspective.

Don’t automatically say we don’t know what we’re doing.

We could be on to something just in a different way.

For example our lunches,

Their disgusting but teachers say

their healthy.

I know we need nutrition,

But delicious it may be too.

We have the same concept,

don’t you think?

Students become adults like teachers.

May not be called to do that in the future,

but the mindset is the same.

Don’t get me wrong teachers and students

Well they

aren’t the only ones.

Others affect education

as well.

For the school’s that have Renweb,

it helps.

Or is that what everyone is saying.

Why is it that only the bad grades are sent?

Isn’t it discouraging?

Students don’t want to hear their wrongs

all the time.

Encouragement?

What about all the right we do?

Balance it out.

What about the homework?

A routine,

Engraved in our minds.

I know it’s to help us but,

what about all the irrelevant work?

The assignments

that don’t even pertain to the class.

The time ticking,

wasted.

My future now two steps behind.
