Testing

Testing

1st John 4:1

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit,

but tests the spirits to see, whether they are of God.

For many false spirits have gone out into the world”.

Testing is an awesome thing that we put everyone else through.

Taking a test on self ... is not enjoyable at all.

To take others by the ears and show what they are made off

is basically a test of self ... and shows us in the recall.

What if in a life of unbelief ... do we have to test the spirits?

What if we measure only through interpretations of the mind?

What if the truth we think we know ... is a figment of imagination?

What if the spirit we test with ... is false and fake in kind.

What if the prophet I think I am ...  speaks so well?

What if my life is double take ...  if it’s a living hell?

What if fake is my middle name ... and my last name self?

What if my life is an open shame ... and I’m a dried up well?

Life is not based on “what if” ... life has a certain cling.

Life’s testimony is to the real ... and “if” is an illusion.

Maybe false in prophecy ... is based on “what if”

and truth on the assurance ... not on if’s persuasion.

“False prophets are gone out in the world”, they don’t originate there.

Why go into if already there ... really makes me wonder.

So these are spirits we have to test or they came from Jesus

and not the person we perceive but their message we should ponder.

“Study yourself approved my son” ... ensure you are not misled.

In your search for peace ... make sure you’re not in someone’s bed.

As you walk out in the garden ... listen to the Voice Who made it

and not to every whispering sound ... that through decay is fed.
