We are the Same

We are the same, aren’t we?

If not, please explain how,

I feel, we are the same

We are all born

We all laugh

We all cry

We all bleed

We all are capable of feeling anger, and hate

We all love

We all die

We are all human

But, if we are the “same”

Then why is it that some are treated differently?

Yes all of you have your own beliefs

But, are any of them really true

No!

They are just stereotypes,

“Oh he’s gay, stay away from him, or he’ll try and turn you!”

“She’s a lesbian, but she is so nice.....what happened?”

Why can’t everyone be able to love who they chose?

We can marry whoever as long as they’re the opposite gender

Why must it be this way?

Who is it really bothering?

Because not allowing equal rights is just making things worst

So be who you are

And love you chose

There’s no reason I can’t do the same.
