Whose basketball is that? I

Whose basketball is that? I think I know.

Its owner is quite happy though.

Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,

I watch him laugh. I cry hello.

He gives his basketball a shake,

And laughs until his belly aches.

The only other sounds are the,

bouncing basketballs and birds.

The basketball player is tall,

But he has promised to keep his basketball after and get lots of sleep.

Basketball dreams come to him.

He rises from his bed.

He eats his jam with lots of bread

Ready for the day ahead
