Why do people cry

Why do people cry? They cry when a

 Loved one dies.

They cry when they are injured.

They cry when they are alone.

They cry when they’re scared.

They cry when others cry.

They cry when they are embarrassed.

They cry when they want attention.

They cry when they feel guilty.

People cry for more reasons than they think, more reasons than

They can understand, even more than they can accept.

Everything has their limits and so do your emotions.

They build up like a dam of tears, which eventually

Will break. Crying is a way to release all that pent up emotion.

Nothing more and nothing less.

But when you see someone crying,

Don’t just stop to pity them; don’t ignore them, just look

Them in the eye, smile and be kind. Show them that not everything

Or everyone in the world is cruel. If there spirit is trapped

Inside a cloak of sadness then speak these words, “I’ll leave when I can see you smile.”

Most people think you should be aggressive when you’re trying

To get them to open up, but the truth is that does nothing but add

Oil to their sad flame.

Someone once asked me, “Why do people cry?”

To be honest I don’t know why a person cries,

I don’t have the power to make them stop crying,

But I know that I can’t just pass by a person crying,

And not feel sick about not doing nothing

To help them. So I try to find out what

Made that person cry and I do everything

In my power to make that person feel better.

That’s my answer.
