and finally.

and finally.

Sometimes

cliff faces beckon.

railing-less balconies call.

icy blue seas sparkle like sapphires.

ignore.

forget.

sleep.

Sometimes

kind words are daggers.

sweet dreams are dungeons.

dungeons, refuge.

ignore.

forget.

sleep.

Always

dreams return us where we belong.

reminded are we of love.

untouched are we by fear.

learn.

remember.

(and finally we can)

sleep.
