Aspire Fear

Fear -

False Evidence Appearing Real

let that soak in

You can’t eliminate it

You can’t avoid it

You feel everyone and everything is against you.

You feel lost, you feel hopeless you feel that everyone is talking down on you.

Some day you may learn to value yourself

Maybe even feel like you are enough.

Living in the prison of avoidance will get you no where

Discomfort of exposure is the price you pay for a valuable asset of living in congenial

In other words confronting fear will develop the skill to aspire coping with insecurities and fear. Learning such basic principle will decrease the deliberating insecurity of yourself.
