Be One
The night turns into a dusky bloom.
As other people predict your doom.
The doom isn't there.
As you see only, their own despair.
The day turns into a sunny blossom.
But the day for them turns into a dirty possum.
It seems people can know others.
But that idea can go be smothered.
For some people, life is ever most suffering.
A breath for you is a mere action.
But a breath could leave others shuffling.
They see a reflection of others in the mirror.
But all I see is me.
For others, it isn't quite as clear.
Just like a glass of tea.
What makes them think this way?
Why can't theirs be a bright sunny day?
Their self-judgements are a locked vault.
And their own life is a grain of salt.
So to know yourself isn't to know others.
Some people are unable to get that idea.
You are not close like brothers or mothers.
They think it's simple like a shelf from Ikea.
Explore yourself in the world.
Come discover the power of you.
And I mark my word.
Live the life of you, not him or her.
Go lock that idea out the door.
Their bloom may not be your doom.
Their sunny blossom may not be a dirty possum.
But how does one get that idea in their head?
Be one, not all, I said.
