Be true

A fiery crimson façade Held high on a slender green pedestal A drop of dew amplifies its meaning Streaming down the fragile surface Lovely, yet still burdened and mysterious The fragile mask soon breaks Soon every fear will be unleashed Open for the world to see, That every rose has its thorns In time that fractured mask will be mended To fool others, but the reflection still shows Holding allegiance, to the true feelings behind it That fiery crimson façade That is held high on a slender emerald pedestal, no one notices As that single drop of dew, amplifies its meaning
